Ecological Clerk of Works

Reuben has undertaken many Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) roles, where his ability to provide pragmatic answers swiftly to often complex ecological problems, is widely appreciated. Reuben is acutely aware of the time-critical challenges facing developers during the construction phase of major projects, and his experience of having worked for regulators places him in a good position to advise developers on how best to deliver planning conditions and other environmental commitments. Recently he has provided ECoW support on the Forth Replacement Crossing and the Borders Railway, as well as a number of ground investigations (GI) in and around designated sites.
