BREEAM Ecology Assessment

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is the world’s leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for new buildings. One of the criteria used in the assessment is ‘Land Use and Ecology’ which accounts for 10% of the total credits available. Reuben has undertaken a number of BREEAM ecology assessments, and is able to provide advice on how to maximise the number of credits achieved under this criterion.

Reuben fulfils the requirements of a ‘suitably qualified ecologist’ under the BREEAM Scheme.
